PROPONENT’S OPINION OF WHY THE RECALL OF THE MEMBER IS WARRANTED:

The incumbent stated frequently during the 1996 election campaign that his party would win the election. Only after the ballots had been counted was this revealed as a falsehood that had wrongly influenced many voters. His constant whining since then has caused his constituents great embarrassment, and they desire recall so they may elect someone more truthful and less boring.
